Businiess name:  Yale Appliance + Lighting

As long as things go as planned, maybe you'll be OK with Yale. But if there's a problem with what you ordered ... it's YOUR problem. They offer installation for a fee, but it's really just delivery men with pliers, not professionals. They don't really have much experience with what they're doing, so it's no surprise that they didn't bring what they needed to get it actually installed, and didn't remove some of the parts that were supposed to be removed after it's in place. I don't know what "installation" means on the planet Yale lives on, but on Earth it means the thing is set up and is ready to use - just push the button. And if it doesn't work right, even if it was new - guess what, you have a new hobby to keep you busy! Because it's your problem, not theirs, to try to follow every step of trying to get the thing fixed. And it's like trying to get an answer from City Hall - you'll talk to dozens of people, and nobody knows what anyone else is doing. And they'll get to it when they get to it, unless you call them at least once a day to find out whose desk it landed on today, and call them to keep things moving.
