I started out with nextel and they were really good. I had a few problems here and there but who doesn't. Well ever since sprint joined with nextel my service has been awfull!!!! I have the walkie talkie because all my friends had it and it was free to talk now i'm stuck with it. Ya stuck. Every time I lower my plan to pay less they stick me with another 2 year contract. I can't wait for my contract to be up so I can switch!!!!. They have all these new phones out and if you dont have insurance then you have to pay alot to get a new phone they don't even give you a discount for being with the company for so long. I have the insurance on mine and I lost it so I called and cancelled it. The they sent me to another person to order another phone. Well she had to ask a couple of questions, now remember I LOST MY PHONE!! She asked were did I loose it? What time I loose it? and if I still had my memory card.? Well I think if i lost it I wouldn't know where and what time and of course my memory card was in it. I sure didn't take it out and then put my phone somewhere. They gave me such a hard time and I still had to pay $35 for the new one. I wish Nextel would have just stayed nextel. I don't recomened sprintel now What ever you have now has to be better then them!!
