my husband recently threw my surprise 40th at katra. the night started when we arrived at the door and were greeted by chris, the owner, who very convincingly asked for id and distracted me on my way to the party room. after my shock, i looked around the room and was amazed by how beautiful the space was. the Moroccan decor, the lighting, the ceiling was flooded with tons of balloons...amazing. then the food started, and never seemed to stop. it was perfect, flavorful but not overwhelming, bite size and easy to eat with drinks. guests loved it. drinks were top of the line and service was unusually fast and friendly. the 4 hours seemed to pass in an instant. our dj left and katra's dj seamlessly transitioned without our guests even noticing. everyone left telling us what a great night they had and how amazing katra was. chris was just amazing. he made sure we were happy all night and even called the next day. not too often you get that personalized attention in the city. highly highly recommended!!!!!!!!
