In dec 2009 was my first time going to the salon in newtown my sister has been going there for years and I have always remarked how much I like how nice her hair coloring was. So a week before Xmas my birthday so I treated my self to a color and cut.I do say I read reviews on everything and I am very surprised at some of these that I just read the staff there are all very very nice and helpful. Even as I was getting my hair done another stylist came over to see if I would like a cup of coffee. So all I can say is that you can't go by all reviews as if you have a bad time or bad hair day it is thebperson who did you hair is the one you should be talking to about it. No matter where you go there will be one time or another that your not ovely happen with the cut or color/ my expierence was excellent staff manager are super!! I will go back just went last week for shampoo etc. Awsome place!! G.Casey.
