Wonderful gated community with extraordinary amenities and A-rated elementary school right across the street. Close proximity to wonderful shopping mall and the 429 that grants easy access to all points in central Florida.
Sorry to see the negative comments, but it's not unexpected. Some people just shouldn't live in a deed-restricted community if they dislike the rules and regulations. Frankly, the very fact those rules and regulations exist -- and we have a very committed and competent HOA Board enforcing them -- is why this community has not suffered from the adverse financial consequences of so many other communities in central Florida.
Stoneybrook West may not be for everyone -- so do your homework before you buy a home here -- but for our family (and the families of all of our friends here) it has been a WONDERFUL place to live, play and raise a family.
