Not at Bella's Italian meat market. On our day out we stumbled upon this Italian meat market and thought we would try it out. I was amazed when we walked in. It was very clean, organized and filled with more then just a meat. Bella's has a wonderful selection of "natural beef" products. Along with their many beef products they have chicken, pork. I should dress it up a bit because the selection is unreal. Stuffed Italian beef roast, fresh leg of lamb, pork crown roast, stuffed chicken breast, veal, stuffed pork chops, sirloin kabob, prime rib and a lot more in the meat section. Lets move over to the Deli at Bella's. Prosciutto, capicola, pastrami, pepperoni, mortadella, a wonderful selection of HUGE olives, provolone, swiss, parmesan, asiago and the list goes on again. Bella's also have homemade Italian heat and serve entrees: Lasagna, meatballs, Chicago style Italian beef, stuffed shells (very good that was for dinner last night. Stuffed with beef and prosciutto, so good!), manicotti... We were amazed with all the selection of raviolis. I didn't know there were so many different kinds. Don't forget to pick up some wine, breads, rolls, Italian cookies and candy that Bella's offers to complete your Italian meal. Don't forget to try one of their home made pizzas that you can take and bake. Tons of cheese and goodness and it's huge! Pricey? No way. We went in there and you know how it is going into a store and you haven't eaten yet...you tend to buy more. I thought it was going to cost a fortune with all that we bought. Bella's has great prices and they are so helpful if your not sure what something is or how to cook it. We will be back! Bella's Italian meat market 1915 N.
