In my opinion and experience, you just CANNOT find a better pediatrician than Dr. Klyman. She is warm, caring, friendly, attentive, thorough, VERY experienced, knowledgable and is easily the hardest working doctor in showbusiness! Can you believe that with the birth of BOTH of my babies, it was not uncommon for Dr. Klyman to pop into my hospital room to check in on them at 11pm? 3am? Once a day, every day- sometimes 2...and my children were in perfect health! She will tell you how beautiful your baby is, how special he/she is and what a wonderful parent you are. She will reassure you when you are worried or unsure and she will make sure that your child gets the kind of unbelivable care that every child *should* have (and sadly doesn't). I actually cried when we moved out of the neighborhood and couldn't have Dr. Klyman anymore.
The only complaints I would have would be that her office is VERY busy (still- you can always get a same day appt when needed) and her front office staff are usually very incompetent. Her nurses and back office staff are fantastic- but the girls who answer the phones and take your copayments are pretty much useless. If you phone in and get put on hold for more than 15 minutes- hang up and call back again because they forgot about you. Happens ALL THE TIME :(
