This is a best kept secret in the area- not many people even know that it is open during lunch. The employees are asked to park in the back so the large parking lot is empty- also everyone knows they have gourmet high end dinners- 5 course-meals etc... but no one would dream the lunches are under $10.00. I tour homes with my office on Tuesdays- no one felt they could afford to eat lunch there so I dared them to stop- and if they couldn't find a lunch they liked for under $10.00- I WOULD PAY THE BILL!!! Well, the eight of us stopped and it was delightful. The cranberry chicken salad sandwich on a roll was awesome and it came with home fries or gourmet potato salad- the best I've ever had! All for $7.95. There is also a prime-rib sub sandwich for $9.95- it was so big I had to take half back to the office for my friend- yes it was succulent and delicious thin sliced prime rib. Just watch out for the servings of pop- they are individually charged at $1.75 each- so sorry, I just like water with a twist of lemon- no charge. They do serve hot out of the oven rolls upon your arrival, with cold butter wedges English style- you will feel pampered.
