Purple Roses asked us to list the 5 places we'd like gift cards from. Here's mine: 1. Hess or Citgo (they don't get their oil from the Mideast) 2. Costco (they hire Americans at decent wages) 3. Barnes and Noble (be a member and get great discounts) 4. Union Jean Company (you guessed it - they make their products here) 5. Melaleuca (another American made and manufactured company with non toxic products) A little rant here --- if we continue to buy products from companies that make their products overseas we'll soon be a country with no manufacturing. Small stores and companies are being run out of business by big companies that make their products overseas. Soon, there will be no work for those of us who live here!
