This dance company is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Jerry Rose. He is a wonderful dancer and has many attributes from his dancing career. Several of his dance students go on to dance in great places. I sent both of my daughters to his tap and ballet and jazz classes when they were in high school. Now I am sending both of my grandchildren, Brooklyn, 6 and Madison, 4. This will be Brooklyn's third year in tap and ballet and she now starts jazz since she is in the first grade. This is Madison's second year in tap and ballet. In May of each year, they have dance recitals held at the auditorium of th Woodrow Wilson High School. There are so many children in all of his classes that his recitals usually last three nights to get everyone's class on the show. He teaches the girls poise, self-worth, French phrases, how to carry themselves and make them feel good and offers praise and builds up self-esteem. All of his teachers have been taught under Mr.Rose and they are well-trained. When they have a recital there are really strict dress codes, no make-up, no jewelry, no earrings, all hair must be pulled back off the face and neck. This is a very good dancing school and he offers other classes like "hip hop" and other ones. I would recomment this school to anyone that has an interest in studying the arts or just meeting new friends and learning how to feel good about yourself.
