I was very pleased with my entire experience with Spa Newbury. I found the staff member who booked my appointment over the phone to be extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and pleasant. Her energy made me look forward to my appointment. Once I came in, I was greeted very warmly by both staff at the desk. The reception area was really lovely. I appreciated the decor, and relaxing water fountain. My massage therapist for the evening was Anne, who gave a wonderful massage! I have two more BuyWithMe.com vouchers to use, so I will definitely be back!! I can't wait to try the stone therapies and more!
