I had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle and buying parts from Irwin Motors. The salesman was low-pressure and knowledgable, and I was able to purchase my car the same day I came in, and drove it off the lot. The parts and customer service people were fantastic as well. I am taking my Toyota Highlander to my new 3-year assignment in west Africa, and the parts department packaged up all of the parts, filters, tires, etc. I will need to last me 3-years. The customer service team were great -- I could tell that they sincerely cared about each customer and their needs. I was only hoping for a painless experience and what I got was actually pleasurable. Thanks, Irwin!
