My Brittany passed away within a month of purchasing the 12 month wellness plan.
Nothing was covered as far as far as his diagnostic tests and treatment.
After spending over $2,500 dollars on his care i contacted them to ask about a partial refund of the plan cost, i was told it is not their policy to make refunds.
More the principal then the money.
Just seemed cold hearted to me.
