I have never had any luck at this store.Every time I have gone.There is always stuff on the floor and sheleves crowed together.The stuff animals are always on the floor and most are dirty.The lines are always to long of a wait.I am disabled and can't walk very well.I find it hard to manuver around the store or stand in long lines.I have even wrote and call to the head of the Toys R Us.I recived no response...Not very good business ethiques if they won't return calls or emails.
