sells beer & wine? The restuarant IS for kids (let's not try to fool ourselves).
I am not a "tea-toter" (if that's the correct phrase). I do believe that a place like this should NOT sell beer or wine for any reason.
WHY? Because it is a free-standing entertainment restaurant for families, not for adults. (note: while this may be a fun place for some adults, it is a fun place for adults WITH children.) I would be totally creeped out if I saw a couple sitting in CEC w/out kids there. If parents are drinking, then who is going to drive? The kids? While some may see this as harmless or jokingly needed for putting up with hours of screaming, laughing & crying kids, I see this as a potential hazzard to families.
The pizza tastes average & their salad bar is over-priced for the torturous crazed bee-hive like activies for children. Feed your children before arriving & order minimal food &/or drinks.
