we bought a bedroom and living room set from roomors. the furniture was delivered still wet and stained our carpet which they cleaned but it was a headache to track them down to pay for the cleaning cost. the couch cushions don't line up well and are a little to small so there is about an inch gap between the cushions. the wood used for the bedroom furniture is poor quality and chips easily. it looked great for the first 6 months but now looks bad. i wish we spent the money and purchased quality items from restoration hardware and pottery barn, now we are stuck with this stuff for a few more years.
