If your answer is yes, do not go here! The food is really good however the customer service is a true nightmare! Be prepaired to wait an hour for your food and then expected to pay full price. I can see a long wait on a weekend when it is really busy but on a Monday night with at the most 10 tables, it was unacceptable to wait that long. After discussing our concers with the "owner" he said he would comp our meal if we agreed to never come to his resturant again! He stated that the resturant was not a franchise and he could do whatever he would like to handle customer complaints. WOW in this economy he must be doing very well to ask a frequent customer to not return! We have never complained about anything in the past and have suffered the poor customer service because the food is good. The sad part about this is that we are actually really good customers (not the typical pain in the ***) looking for a free meal, and we have spent several hundres of dollars there every year since they have been open. So, a fourty dollar tag just cost the "owner" several hundreds of dollars in sales. We are just one family so the loss of our business will not matter, but if that is how customers are treated on a regular basis, I am not sure how a resturant can stay in business. Foods is good if you don't mind being treated poorly and waiting a long long time even if it is not busy!
