A brilliant restaurant, freshest ingredients, inventive recipes, pleasant atmosphere, indoors or back porch, cooking style is fusion, like Pactific Time but better and less pricey. Exquisite fish, pasta, deserts. Excellent wine list Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dinner every day, lunch T-Fr. Great place to take guests. Everyone I take here always goes back, and back. I think they are on their way to being 4 star. Some choices: Tartar of Ahi Tuna Serrano chilies, cucumber, crispy rice, trout roe Grilled Sonoma Valley Foie Gras Caramelized figs, blue corn cakes, chile, candied walnuts Caicos Conch Ceviche Citrus-ginger marinage, avocado, tomato, yucca chips Cascabel Chile Crusted Barbecue Quail Sweet potato agnolotti, oyster mushrooms, brandy porcini demi glace Steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels Chile-saffron broth, roasted plum tomatoes, andouille sausage
