Went to see Alvin & the Chimpmunks the Squeakwall. First, lets say the parking lot is a disaster area. There is only one exit to leave the place yet two entrances so there are a zillion cars pouring into the lot, yet not enough leeway to let cars leave. Next, every single spot was full to the point that people were parking along the curbs capping the parking lot causing even more congestion due to restricting traffic to one lane. After spending about 20 minutes to find parking, we walked through the pouring rain to the lobby to find it absolutely packed with people. There were people arguing over who in the mob was next to use the credit card ticket purchase machine. It was a nightmare. When our turn came, we touched the movie and showtime only to find that it had sold out. Not even a notice on the sign above stating it was not available. Still wanting to see the movie, we decided to purchase tickets for the 8:45pm show time. We tried to sit down at what was then 7:55pm so we could get good seats; however the theatre was in use and had not let out from the previous show. It was suggested that we come back at 8:15pm. Arriving back at the entrance at 8:30pm, a full 15 minutes before the previews begin, we found the theatre to be 100% packed with only random seats remaining. Needless to say we were not happy. Upon approaching the customer service desk, we found a woman and her family complaining about a movie they had just viewed where a child was given permission by the parent to pull down his pants and urinate during the movie. Everyone sitting in front of these people were then sitting in puddles of urine. Her shoes were soaked. This child was old enough to know better than to just whip out his manhood and let 'er rip right in the middle of a theatre. The theatre was jam packed and they were not staffed in the least bit to handle the crowd. They needed to stop selling tickets and let those who were there be served. Instead, they continued taking peoples money. I'll never return, ever.
