Review content:
Every now and then I need a Taco Bell fix. I've heard all of the rumors about their meat and where it comes from, but I still like to have it every now and then. I love it because I can usually eat for under $3 (thanks to their value menu) and I walk away stuffed.
This franchise is located at the corner of Mason Road and Kingsland. Their drive-thru is always packed (the line will usually wrap around and sometimes extend out onto Kingsland), so I guess they must be doing something right (or people just like a cheap Mexican food fix every now and then and don't care about the service).
I have given this location multiple chances, and each time, I have had a bad experience. The last two times we have visited this location, they have left items that we ordered out of the bag. It's not "cheap" and defeats the purpose if your order is shorted every time! On another occasion, I asked for the green sauce to be left off of my daughter's quesadilla and for the onions to be left out of my burrito. They didn't get either one right. I know that everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but after three bad experiences, we won't be returning to this location. We have never had a problem with the location by Katy Mills Mall, so we will be going there from now on.
