We went here and it was dead. We got a booth and were handed menus. My husband was hoping for something pretty mexican since the wait staff wasn't doing well in the English department, but the menu was just old standards. The food was eh. After we got our food, we noticed a wipe board with items like Menudo and such listed! We asked about this menu, and the waiter said that it was the mexican menu. Were we not in a mexican restaurant? He supposedly handed us the "tame english" menu with no other options. I understand that most non mexicans in Missouri would ever want Menudo and other "weird" cutural items like tongue, but put it on one menu. It also states that they charge for refills on chips and salsa, but that never happened. We won't be going back not because of the segregation, but because even the basic mexican fare we had was just not very good.
