Just wanted to post about how happy I am with Ortho's Customer Service. They are GREAT!!!!!
Ortho is the company that makes products for your lawn and flowers - Miracle Gro and Scotts are some of their lines.
I bought some weed killer and saw that there was a customer hotline for any questions. Well, I wasn't sure how to use this product and thought that I would call. I was TOTALLY expecting voice mail or someone from India to take my call.
I was calling on a Friday night - about 6:30 pm and a REAL PERSON that spoke English answered the phone AND answered all of my questions!!!!!!
How cool is that!
Haven't tried the product yet - they told me to wait till this heat breaks - then use it.
But I'm THRILLED when I get REAL customer service! More companies should think about OFFERING IT!
