Review content:
This past weekend we finally gave in and decided to buy an air conditioner . We went to Best Buy in Newington. They had a model that was $35 off because the box was opened. We purchased it and took it home.
The box had been more than opened. The unit had previously been put together and when we plugged it in, it didn't work.
It is about a 15 mile drive from our home and we had to take it back. They basically called us liars and said we must have broken it because they check all they're units when they are returned.
Well nobody checked this one because it didn't work. They gave us no satisfaction and we finally just asked for our money back and we will never shop there again.
Poor customer services guys..
