I had the pleasure of dining out several times for my birthday and one of the places was Chili's adjacent to the Coral Ridge Mall. http://www.chilis.com/ We, my brother and I, were seated right away as it was a rainy night and people didn't start coming in until the rain slacked off. The frozen margaritas at Chili's are really thick, just like I like them but don't look or them in a margarita glass because they come in a tall frosty mug. The menu offers a variety and since I'd been out to eat once already that day I decided to go light. I had the Lettuce wraps which was a delightful choice. Here is a direct quote from the menu of the lettuce wraps. LETTUCE WRAPS
Delicious grilled Asian-spiced chicken with carrots, water chestnuts, crispy rice noodles and toasted almonds. Served with fresh Bibb lettuce and sesame-ginger and peanut sauces for dipping. I didn't care for the sesame ginger sauce but the peanut sauce was thick and creamy and delicious.
My brother had the QUESADILLA EXPLOSION
Fajita-marinated chicken, corn relish, mixed cheese, cilantro, diced tomato and crispy tortilla strips. Garnished with a chipotle-ranch drizzle and cheese quesadilla wedges. Served with our citrus-balsamic dressing. This was a huge plate of food.
The food was excellent and served hot and the presentation was perfect. Our service was also quite good and prompt.
