National City Bank in Carrollton is a wonderful bank for someone like me. I don't have large accounts, but I'm treated like a good customer like anyone else. The staff is courteous and respectful, with the exception of one teller on one occasion. I'm treated with the same respect as the largest business owner in town, and that's something every bank should do. My 15 year old son has an account, and he is treated the same way. On one occasion he went to exchange his coins for cash, he requested a fifty dollar bill (he thought it would be cool to have a fifty). The teller was young, maybe 19 or twenty, and she was rude to him, telling him that she didn't know why he needed a fifty. Well, needless to say, his feelings were hurt. I talked to the manager, and she apologized profusely! He does still have an account there, but hasn't had anybody be rude to him since. They have good service, nice hours, and a nice location on the square in Carrollton.
