I have ordered office supplies for my company now for over 14 years and I have had the worst experiences with Staples on more than one occasion. I now do most of my ordering online for the office and have three different companies that I order from, Office Depot, Quill and Staples. Out of the three, I only now order copy paper from Staples. I order from the other two companies and will always have my order the next day but when I order from Staples, the order always takes about a week (sometimes more) to get my order delivered. The packaging of the Staples deliverys are terrible. Last year, I ordered some desk pad calendars and when they were delivered, Staples had put the calendars in a plastic envelope to ship them. They were a folded up wrinkled mess. About 2 months ago, I ordered a few things and one of them was a 12 pack of large black markers. Staples put this box of markers in a plastic mailer bag to ship this to me. When it was delivered, the box was crushed, the pens were loose in the pouch....
