Review content:
I switched to another pharmacy after many years with Walmart Pharmacy in Killeen. The pharmacists and others who met me at the window for drop-off of my prescription were always friendly and helpful. However, after waiting for my prescription to be prepared, I found I was usually standing in a long line, feeling my worst just to pick it up at another window. My final decision to leave them came when I went there to have a prescription filled for my adult daughter who was sick at home and needed her medication. A clerk told me I could not pick up her prescription even though I had her ID with me. She wanted me to have my daughter come in to get it. She would not change her mind even though I told her that my daughter was too sick to get out of bed. She finally went back to the pharmacy - to ask someone else what to do, I assume. When she came back, without a word to me, she waited on other customers while I stood there. Someone finally came from the back and they gave me the prescription, but the clerk was very rude and treated me like a criminal. No more Walmart Pharmacy for this family.
