I"ve used this practice twice, when I was injured on the job. They have a large staff with good paralegals on staff. They had quite a fight on their hands dealing with my companies insurance company.
They stayed on them when they tried not to pay me the correct amount, and kept in touch with me to let me know the status of my case.
No fee unless they collect and it is a percentage of your settlement set by law.
They always return your phone calls in a timely fashion.
They will tell it like it is for your case, and if you don't have one, they will not lie to you.
