Review content:
While trying to find cheap decorations for an upcoming ladies meeting at our church, I decided to try party city. I was pleased with their increased selection of colors (over Wal-Mart) of ribbon, paper crepe, etc. but not thrilled. The store was small, so I realize they can only fit a limited amount of items inside, however most of an entire aisle was devoted to luau decorations. That would have been great if that's what I had been looking for, but it wasn't great since I needed other things. I did find that their 500 yards of curling ribbon and their small rolls of paper crepe were 60% off the day that I went! I was thankful for that, and would go back again if I find that those sales happen often. I was impressed with the great savings. Some stores consider 10% percent off a sale, but don't. 50% off or better- that I can do! I did find that they had budget items along with the expensive items, so that will keep me coming back on occasion. They had more selection than a department store, but I wasn't all that impressed. The sales, however, were great!
