I took my computer to get repaired at Times Computer on Rt 60 in Huntington across from Krogers & Foodfair. My mother board had went bad & I had to have that replaced, while they were looking at it- in front of my husband they BROKE our processor!!! The guy stuck his finger in our processor & broke it! It worked fine before this happened. So then we ended up having to have the mother board & processor replaced!
Ok, we get it back and by this time we were in the process of moving & from the trip from our old house to our new house which is about 1.5miles....we get it in the new house hooked up & it doesn't work. My husbands friend, who also fixes computers (just lives an hour away) took it apart & the processor fell OFF and landed on the mother board! a CAR RIDE should NOT have made this happen! Someone did not install the new hardware well! So I call the business and tell them...they called me a liar basically! They had me bring it in & they fixed it for ANOTHER fee! Have had problems since repaired with programs on computer, new icons appeared on desktop when I got it back.....our friend said NEVER again! If we need it repaired to wait & let him do it.
Not even 2days after getting teh computer fixed WHY would I want to "break" sit again!?!?! Did I mention that I had been out of a computer for a month will we had teh money to fix it! And for those of you that don't know me, I am an internet junkie!
