Review content:
I may be a bit biased since Carrabba's is from Texas just like I am, but this has to be one of the best restaurant chains at which I have ever eaten. I remember my excitement the first time I gazed upon the construction site, my eyes full of wonder and my tongue dripping saliva at the salmagundi of flavors I knew it would one day have in store. They have so many amazing vegetarian dishes, as well as custom meat dishes which will most likely bring you back time and again.
The ability to custom make your pizza, which is baked with apple wood to give it a lovely original flavor, is one of reasons I still head back to pay the relatively high prices. Appetizers there will cost you around $10 and entrées will cost you $12-20. You're paying for the entire experience of the wonderful taste, high quality, great service, and lovely night-on-the-town atmosphere. Not to mention they import Blue Bell ice cream all the way from Texas... if you've never had Blue Bell ice cream, go there on your birthday to try some in a complimentary birthday sundae.
