This is the kind of place that promises a beautiful experience when you see the amazing website, and you honestly believe you're getting it...that is right up until the actual treatment takes place. The reason I'm not going back is because Isabella is very pushy. during the facial, she tried to talk me into getting a peel and a microdermabrasion add on. I told her I was on a budget and was only getting the regular f. Throughout the facial, I had to listen to her telling me how bad my face was and how I really needed to step it up and take care of my skin. And by the way, I don't have horrible skin. I went off the pill a few months ago and have had a slight case of adult acne. I explained to her that I was once talked into a peel and the result was frightful, though my skin recovered eventually. i told her that my skin was very sensitive and i was hesitant to go through a peel again. Isabella kept saying that she knew what she was doing, in a TONE that was condescending and patronizing advice. The tirade about needing to add on a peel and microdermabrasion continued. I told her that i didn't want to subject my face to that many treatments in one visit and that i'd come back in a couple of weeks for just the peel. She emphatically told me that she just treated another woman who had all three treatments. i finally told her that all women have different skin and that i knew my skin was too sensitive to have all three treatments done. she gave it a rest the but entire facial was awkward. I won't be going back to this spa. it's humiliating to be consistently talked down to, ridiculed and scolded.
