I was a customer of Sugar House for about 4 years. The last and I mean last time I'll ever go, I was treated very rudley by the front desk and stylist.
I had an appointment and showed up early and after letting the front desk know that I was there waited in a near by chair for my appointment time. 30 minutes after my appointment time I asked about the status of my appointment only to be told that I was "late". I explained to the front desk that I had let the (pointed her out) receptionist know that was early and where I was sitting. In the next few minutes my stylist came out and said that she would not be able to provide all the services I had requested because she was "too busy!" and told me that I should have told her that I was there. She was rude and unhelpful. I once again explained that I was early...but it didn't seem to matter so I left. The place is too expensive and the staff too busy chatting f to be helpful. It's not worth the $.
