Review content:
Although I bought my Jeep Liberty in Chicago -- Ewald Jeep / Chrysler near Mayfair has provided FABULOUS service. They actually honored a warranty which I'd exceeded by just under 1,000 miles! They understood that I couldn't always afford to do everything and provided me with logical, fair advice on what had to be fixed now and what could wait a month (or two, or three) rather then laying out the worst case scenario of what could go wrong if all weren't fixed / maintained today as I've had other repair folk do. I have in the past avoided having my car fixed at dealers, because of bad experiences with another dealer early in my car-owning life -- but as I go forward with buying a Scion, my greatest sorrow is that I'll have to try to find a new repair shop that matches the integrity I've seen at Ewald.
