Review content:
Id' say Cato is most similar to a smaller Fashion Bug. It's just okay for me. I don't normally go to Cato for the clothing... they have awesome deals on shoes! When they put their things on sale, the prices are tough to beat, and their shoes are always cute. I find the clothing is geared more toward the older age group (I'm 20), so the clothes aren't normally my style. Also, they're normally pretty limited and don't have a very big selection anyway... A lot of their stuff looks the same. My mother finds lots of cute shirts, though, and they're always reasonably priced. The people who work there are usually friendly. For some reason the place always has a funny smell to me, but if you're wanting cheap shoes, you might as well give it a look.
