Review content:
I have been using Goodyear on Round Grove for several years and never been disappointed. On the contrary, I had at least two experiences where I asked for services to be done and later they called and asked why. Once, I confused the need for a brake job (the wife's Explorer needed it, not my F150). They called to tell me I did not need the work done. Another time, I had a cruise control problem fixed. They told me the part commonly failed on my year model. Indeed, sometime later I got a recall notice on the cruise. The parts were not available for months at the dealership and in the meantime, the cruise went out again. I thought the recall part was in a different location than the failed part, so while in for an oil change, I asked them to fix it. Again, they questioned the request, saying the defect would be fixed free by the dealer under the recall. It's been my experience generally, when you request work be done at a garage, it is not questioned if it is to the garage's advantage to go ahead with the work order. This is one of the few places I have dealt with in 36 years behind the wheel where I feel totally at ease telling them to do whatever they deem necessary. I love the place. JB Gibson
