Businiess name:  Food Lion

Review content:
I usually groan when I have to shop at a Food Lion. The ones I've visited are often cluttered, dingy, and have a lower-scale feel to them. This particular Food Lion, however, was incredibly different. The lay-out of the store was more like a Safeway, with produce organized in crates at eye level and not overloaded. I usually don't like the dim lighting, but it worked well for this store and the decorating they had. The entire lay-out made more sense than our local stores, too. Produce was at one end (where I usually begin), with dry goods in the middle of the store, and refrigerated items at the other end. And when you're doing a week's-worth of shopping, it's good to be able to grab those refrigerated items at the end, instead of watching your milk sweat while making your way up and down every aisle. I'm very impressed with this store. If it were nearer to where we live, I'd shop there for at least part of my groceries.
