Review content:
I had an awful experience here. They were inattentive, didn't inform me of what they were doing or how much I was being charged, had me select glasses after dilating my eyes (I could barely see) and then left me sitting for 20 minutes waiting for the doctor to get back to me.They tried to sell me the most expensive frames and seemed upset when I didn't want to pay 200 dollars over the what my insurance covers. At one point the assistant left me in a dark room after the test had ended and I had to go looking for her, she was gossiping with the receptionist and had forgotten about me. There was only one other patient in the clinic the whole time I was there. They tried to sent me home without any lenses and I had to ask for a pair so I could see where I was going. They then sent me home into the bright sun with dilated eyes. I was never informed that I would be getting my eyes dilated and I could hardly see for the rest of the day (I had activities planned), and they charged me out of pocket for the procedure because insurance doesn't cover it without getting the okay from me ahead of time. They didn't have my contacts prescription because they hadn't back ordered enough so I had to wait 4 weeks for my contacts to come in. After 3 weeks I called to inquire about them (they never called me) and I was told by the incredibly rude office manager that it wasn't her problem and that the doctor would not fit them to my eyes when they came in because I had opted for "the cheaper ones." I had had problems with the contacts that they sent me home in and the office manager falsified my file, writing instead that I was happy with the lenses and that a fitting wasn't necessary. Avoid this place, with terrible customer service and no accountability it is not worth the frustration- there are plenty of other optometrists to choose from.
