Review content:
I had my first problem with Quick Service this year when I pulled out my heavy coat for the first time on Sunday. It had been in the bag since last year. It was not my coat! I called QS to see if they still had my coat there or if the owner of the coat I had gotten by accident had turned it in. The clerk said she would go back and look. I returned the coat and to be fair, it was very similar in size and color.
Close enough that I didn't notice the difference myself when I picked it up. They took the coat back and checked the lost and found - my coat wasn't there.
I called back the next day to see if they'd found out who the coat belonged to and was given to a manager who said, "You need to get your coat". I told her again what had happened and she said,"This is your coat. There is no way that we would mix up the laundry like that." She went on to say that there was no way she would pay me for the coat since it had been so long. I hadn't asked for them to repay me for the coat - but I did expect common courtesy and instead she called me a liar and refused to even make an effort to find my coat. You can be sure I will not ever do business with Quick Service again.
