I used to rave about the service at Renton Honda. It was the best in the Puget Sound for all the Honda dealers.
Someone must have taken over a year or so ago, because the past couple times I've trusted them to work on my car, they have: 1) been late by a DAY with me having no way to get home; 2) done work poorly; 3) charged us for work that was obviously not completed. These EACH happened on multiple occassions.
As if 1 and 2 weren't bad enough, 3 is fraud. They lose on that aspect alone.
They are the first business to get ZERO stars from me. This review shows a 1 only because I had to pick between 1 and 5...
