We have used Easley Peds for 3 and a half years. The doctors are good, even thought they don't always agree with one another. The waiting room is divided into two sections, one for well and one for sick. However, the toys in the well section appeal to the sick kids, so they frequent that room also. Scheduling a check-up is extremely difficult. I have tried to make well appointments months in advance for my second child near the month/year marks and for some reason Easley Peds is always too busy. I called yesterday (July 18) and they said they don't have any more well checkup appointments available until October. Ditto in March of this year... didn't have anything until mid-June. I also discovered that they can charge no-show patients if they are prevented from making an appointments. Overall, we have enjoyed our face-to-face experiences with the doctors, but not our phone conversations with the office staff. An online presence would be fantastic - they could publish information for their patients including pdfs of forms that need to be filled out for new patients, returning patients, or medical record release forms. Parking and location of the building is great.
