Review content:
Best Buy that used to be located on Whipple has moved to the Strip about a mile away from it's old location leaving yet another massive building empty in our community.
Too many Indians and not enough Chiefs, I swear to you this place is crawling with employees that have no clue as to what the others are doing. It got to the point to where I just don't listen, if they are going to ignore me than I too shall abide by the Best Buy "look the other way" mode.
I have yet to go to Best Buy and get the actual product I went to purchase in the first place, they are always out of stock. I decided this last time to call ahead and make sure that it was in stock, again I am treated with the same casual attitude and told there is no longer any stock of the item.
I have learned if you browse around the more expensive items they are far more likely to ask you if you need help then offer you something you do not need. I bought a computer and router, they insisted I did not have the know how to hook it up and keep my network safe. I told them I could do it since I was not going to pay the Geek Squad 75/hr for a house call. The employee put the router on the shelf and walked away from me! Can you believe it, well since I had no other place to purchase this specific router I picked it back up and proceeded to the check out with the laptop and case to purchase. The employee then decided he would help me out, I told him no and picked out a friendly face to ring me up. He looked at the other employee and said "Dude this is so not right" in my book you snooze you lose.
