Good: Well, it's nice to find a place that carries discontinued tech and used computer parts.. Bad: HOWEVER, the employees there are the rudest on the planet. Here's the rundown: #1 The sales desk is raised up about a foot over the lowly customers sales floor. They litterally have to look down on you. #2 Hate mongering political talk radio shows run constantly in the background. #3 ANY question to the sales help is an opportunity for them to treat you like crud.
The uber nerd in the back and the balding blonde guy cant even make eye contact as they reply to any question with a rude quick tone.. Improvements: New sales help. new sales help, new sales help. Turn OFF the HATE political radio. I'm part of the party the radio claims to be, but i would never listen to this tabloid radio, especially at WORK.. Other: I've been visiting this place for about a year and it is the perfect example of what NOT to do in a business. I'm actually training my new recruits to check these guys out and make notes. I use this place as an example and a test of mistakes a business can make. Mainly how long it takes for change to happen and how quality of customer service can slip. After a year without correction, more customers are writting reviews like these, i wonder how long it will take the corporate to FIX this..
