Warm Greetings! I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving!
I ordered some chocolates to be delivered to your office approx. tomorrow, I believe. They couldn't write a note for me. And I couldn't find the email address of your receptionist plus I don't know who's on holiday now, hence I am emailing you to keep an eye out for the chocolates.
