Fantastic! I had the Aromatherpy Facial today, as part of Spa Week and had an amazing time. The owner, Selena, actually did the facial and she was fantastic, really taking into account that I have highly sensitive skin. I walked out of there feeling completely fabulous. She showed me some products she used without being pushy at all and I had such exceptional service I was amazed. I look a little more street punk than the average Newbury St spa goer and have had poor experiences in the past because of it, but Spa Newbury treated me the same as if I had walked in wearing head to toe Gucci. It didn't matter who I was, it mattered that I was a client, and was treated with respect and kindness. The prices are a bit too high for me to go regularly without a discount (though not bad compared to other Newbury St spas!), so unfortunately my return visit will have to wait a while. I feel VERY comfortable giving the spa (or at least their facials) five stars
