Review content:
Excellent customer service and great food. The lunch buffet is some of the best soul food around and reminds me of mom's cooking.
Beautiful background music, mainly jazz, set the tone for the evening if dinner is your choice. Steaks are good and they make their own salads and croutons.
I know it is not politically correct to mention this, but the owner is African-American, as is the entire staff, but the customers are mainly white. You will leave feeling like you are all one, big family which is encouraging.
