I cannot fully express the level of gratification I have enjoyed with Tampa Bay POS. In my almost 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry I have seldom run across such a professional, courteous, and well informed service provider.
As they have provided me the complete service of POS Networking Support for almost 8 years and we are still using their Cisco Hardware for "bulletproof network".
Not only in Networking they also provided the customizable nature of the software coupled with the willingness to help from the staff at Tampa Bay POS has made me and my restaurant/Bars staff confident in referring potential business transactions. I look forward to working with Tama Bay POS for the foreseeable future.
