"Stillo Construction is an outstanding Stucco specialist firm operating in the Houston area. Stillo recently completed a Stucco remodeling job on the house I recently purchased, and the end result was outstanding. I chose Stillo for the following reasons: track record, in-person interview, warranty, liability insurance and contract form. Track record: The Stucco inspection, which was conducted by another unaffiliated inspector, revealed the potential for Stucco damage and the need for major repairs. The Stucco inspector recommended a few Stucco specialists, including Stillo, based on prior experience with Stucco problems at houses built by
the same builder. Another house down the street had had similar Stucco problems, and after seeing Stillo's finished product I decided to invite Stillo for an interview and requested a quote. In-person interview: Stillo was very responsive to my initial contact. I contacted five other Stucco contractors, and Stillo was one of only two that responded promptly to my inquiry and scheduled a site visit to view the property. Leo, the firm's owner, arrived promptly for the meeting and described in great detail the scope of the work, the cost and timing. Leo is very courteous, prompt and diligent, with a great work ethic.
Warranty: A five-year written warranty provides peace of mind that the work is conducted to the highest standards of quality.
Insurance: Stillo Construction provided proof of insurance
coverage.
Contract form: Contract was detailed and it addressed the entire scope of the work, the contractor's duties and responsibilities, timing, payment terms and explicitly stated that there would be no
hidden charges. Stillo Construction completed the work ahead of schedule and I am very pleased with the end product. The house looks fantastic. If you are in need of Stucco work in the Houston area, you should contact Stillo Construction."
