Businiess name:  Red Sage

Review content:
Red Sage is a great place to have lunch if you work in downtown Bellevue. Their Ultimate Vegetarian focaccia sandwich is mouth watering. They use a variety of cold roasted vegetables with goat cheese and homemade vinaigrette dressing. The bread is baked fresh daily and everything is really flavorful and fresh. A friend of mine swears by the Genoa focaccia, which I still need to try. They also have a Bread Salad, which is a great mixed greens salad with the same homemade vinaigrette and focaccia bread for "croûtons". The bread is cut into big chucks and mixed throughout. It is soft and soaks up some of the dressing. There aren't many places to eat in the deli. It is better to get take out and eat in the Key Center Atrium. Definately worth a try. I also sometimes will grab a freshly baked croissant fro breakfast.
