Review content:
I went to this urgent care and had an awful experience. I appeared to be the only one in the waiting room with any type of emergency and later found out that it is also an occupational health building. All the people who were just sick (not emergencies) were seen before me. I waited over 1 hour to be seen. I then sat in a waiting room that was freezing and was told to put on a childs sized gown. The nurse was very unprofessional and the doctor didnt know much and had to send me to the ER at the hospital (which later ended up being a stomach virus!)
BEWARE: Just because they are INOVA does NOT mean that they are part of the Inova Fairfax Hospital. This is important to know because you will pay two copays if you get sent to the hospital. Overall a waste of time and will go straight to the ER next time. I also tried to get a receipt when I left and was told that they dont do computerized receipt. The receptionist hand wrote a receipt for me. Unbelievable!
